1962 Virginia License Plates matched pair never used

Description

This is a new, never used, matched pair of 1962 Virginia passenger car license plates.  This number is NOT clear for vintage registration at this time. These plates are in very good condition with good shiny original paint but have some rust at the bottom edges (this would likely be covered up if you used a license plate frame around the plates).    Please see picture. Buyer to pay calculated shipping.
