1963 Virginia license plate matching pair never used DMV clear for registration

Description

This is a never used pair of original 1963 Virginia license plates.
These are nice straight plates, with original paint, and with the the original DMV inner wrapper. DMV clear for vintage registration at time of listing. These are in very good condition with just some minor paper stains on one plate that should polish off.
