This is a new, never used, matched pair of 1964 Virginia Convertible use license plates.  This number is DMV cleared for vintage use at the time of this listing.  These plates are in excellent condition with nice shiny paint as made in 1964.   These would make a very nice displayable pair of license plates.  These are in excellent unused condition as shown.
