Returns
All items returned must be brand new and in resalable condition; refund or exchanges will not be issued if item or items are not in the same condition as when they were sold.
Warranty is exchange only, no refunds will be given. If an item is under warranty you must return item before a replacement can be sent, this is for our protection against fraudulent claims. Buyer is obligated to pay for return shipping back to us.
If order had free shipping, original cost of shipping will be deducted from refund. A 20% restocking may apply to any return.
