Ghost Hunters Outlet was a distributor for Digital Dowsing when the first SLS system was introduced.  Originally a
Kinect camera was used by electrical engineer Bill Chappel on Ghost Adventures Cripple Creek Episode 10/26/2012 and from there the technology was adapted to the paranormal field.  We have been using an SLS
system
on investigations since 2013. Being a paranormal researcher and investigator for over 40 years we know what works in the field.
We have put together everything for you with our SLS Kinect Camera Setup.  You Just add your Tablet. (
We Recommend a minimum 2GB Ram - 32GB tablet)

You may find similar setups but we have some uniques features.  First off we don't shove the excess cable into a plastic box or PVC pipe.  Our techs go internally into the camera and make modifications.
Our system is extremely sturdy yet only weighs just slightly over 2 lbs.  The pistol grip is very comfortable when using your SLS as the weight is evenly distributed.  You'll see some using U-grip video rig but all the weight is forward from your hand and you will fatigue quickly.
Also with our system you can completely remove the
handle and attach the tripod
with the 1/4-20 tripod hole built into the bottom of the handle.  Most of the time we use our SLS mounted to a tripod
to reduce false positives.
SLS TIP
We mount the tripod adapter plate from out tripod to the bottom of the handle.  When we decide to run the SLS we set up our tripod and pop in the adapter (see pictures).  The Kinect camera is designed to be used stationary and it looks for movement.  By holding the SLS in your hand without a tripod it is the Kinect camera that moves and will acquire a fixed object like a chair or a lamp giving you a false positive.

30 day return policy from purchase date.  Return shipping will be paid by the buyer
A defective item will be 100% refunded or replaced once it is returned to us.  Upon receipt of the item if it is in proper working order and not defective a 10% restocking fee will be charged
A 10% restocking fee will be charged for any item returned to us that has been opened and shows signs of use.  If any original packaging is not returned the item is considered an “open box” and the 10% restocking fee will be charged.
Some of the items we sell are covered under manufacture warranty.  If you are experiencing problems with functionality, we will provide you with the manufacture’s contact information to utilize their warranty.  You must follow all manufacturer’s return policy
