    Vintage Pair of 1776-1976 Independence Bicentennial Virginia License Plates.
    Good solid condition, but they have staining wear and corrosion.
    They had been run for years, up to 1996, and what looks like soiling is some kind of deterioration and won't wash off.
    Regular size they measure 6 by 12 inches and are aluminum metal tags.
